		<description>ARC - I&#039;m very curious as the what Sam, the macaw, did for a living???  You mentioned that he &quot;worked&quot; at the Kahiki for 27 years...as what...dishwasher, hostess, or perhaps the bouncer?  This  congers up some VERY strange pictures in my mind.
