Welcome back to the newest incarnation of my blog. After almost two years without a post, I’ve decided it’s time to get back in the game. I’ve decided to continue blogging about photojournalism news, but the main focus of this blog will be to showcase my own work. I am currently a staff photographer at ThisWeek Community Newspapers in Columbus, Ohio. As a group of 23 weekly papers, we cover a lot of high school sports as well as hyper local news for each neighborhood.

As a side note, I have imported all the entries from my previous blog “Photo News Blog” to this new site. Every post previous to this one is from that blog. Unfortunately, I lost many of the photos along the way, but all the text, links and dates made the crossover.

The links I’ve added in the blogroll are to blogs that I enjoy reading frequently. Many of the photographers listed are former coworkers, people I’ve met at various conventions, or photographers whose work I’ve stumbled across during my many hours spent trolling the internet. If by chance you’re blog is listed, thank you for providing the inspiration for me to finally get my act together and begin this blog here.
